Eames are partnering with a well-established syndicate seeking an experienced Reinsurance Operations professional to lead a high-performing outward reinsurance function. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with strong Lloyd’s market experience and a deep understanding of reinsurance operations, reporting, controls, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of accurate and timely reinsurance reporting, support programme renewals, manage operational controls and service standards, and work closely with underwriting, finance, and actuarial teams across the business.
The role will suit an individual who enjoys driving operational excellence, leading and developing teams, and building strong internal relationships while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in regulatory and solvency reporting, governance activity, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
