A growing international specialty insurance platform is seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Data professional to support continued global expansion across multiple underwriting and distribution channels.
This role will sit close to the COO function and take ownership of outsourced operational services, with a strong focus on policy administration data, bordereaux oversight, and data quality governance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, timely, scalable, and fit for use across underwriting, portfolio management, actuarial, finance, and regulatory reporting.
Working closely with operations, compliance, portfolio, actuarial and US-based teams, you’ll help drive operational efficiency, improve insight, and strengthen regulatory and customer outcomes across jurisdictions.
Key focus areas include:
- Oversight of outsourced operational and data service providers
- Data quality, controls, governance and MI
- Bordereaux and policy data management
- Cross-platform and cross-territory consistency
- Supporting portfolio insight, exposure management and regulatory reporting
- Driving continuous improvement and scalable operating models
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong experience in insurance operations and outsourced service models
- Deep understanding of underwriting and policy data flows
- Exposure to delegated authority environments (Lloyd’s / MGA experience preferred)
- The confidence to operate across senior stakeholders in a complex, global setting
