Exclusive to Eames – Nearly/Newly qualified actuary – Longevity. Global Reinsurer | London (Hybrid). This is a genuinely broad role spanning new deal execution, in-force management, and client engagement, rather than sitting in a single technical silo. A chance to work across the full lifecycle of longevity reinsurance transactions – from initial modelling and due diligence through to onboarding, contract design and long-term deal management. You'll also get involved in experience analysis, collateral frameworks, process improvement, and increasing exposure to international markets including the US and Europe. It’s a flat, senior‑led team where you'll get real visibility and the opportunity to shape how deals are structured and managed as the business grows.

  • Nearly/newly qualified actuary (~4+ years' experience)
  • Background in DB pensions, BPA, life insurance or reinsurance
  • Strong technical and modelling skills (Excel essential; R/Python beneficial)
