Our client is looking to hire a Pricing Manager to join their business. In this role, you will lead pricing and performance analysis across Delegated Authority business, including binders and line‑slips, while also contributing to broader London Market portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • You will act as a trusted partner to underwriting teams, providing robust challenge, insight, and guidance on complex pricing decisions, while building strong relationships with brokers and MGA partners.
  • Alongside core pricing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, lead pricing projects, and enhance analytics capabilities through the use of advanced tooling, machine learning, and AI.
  • This position also offers leadership responsibility, including managing and developing analysts and contributing to the continued growth and capability of the team.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for candidates with a strong general insurance background and extensive London Market or Lloyd's pricing experience, particularly across complex risks or Delegated Authority business.
  • Ideal applicants will be technically strong, commercially minded, and confident in influencing stakeholders, with experience mentoring others and an interest in data, tooling, and advanced analytics.
  • A qualified or nearly qualified actuary with programming experience (such as Python) would be highly advantageous.
