We are delighted to be supporting a growing technology business backed by a reputable mid market PE fund. They are seeking a hands on Interim CFO to lead the finance function through a critical period of strategic growth. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, board, and private equity stakeholders to support on integration after a heavy period of M&A.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned with PE growth targets
- Support on business integration
- Stakeholder Management
- Own investor reporting and board-level communications
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and readiness
- Lead financial due diligence and integration for potential acquisitions
- Must be a proven CFO with experience in PE-backed SaaS or tech-enabled services businesses
- Strong grasp of subscription economics, ARR/MRR metrics, and KPIs
- Track record of on M&A and integration
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical and commercial acumen
