We’re supporting a leading professional services organisation engaged with a major financial services client undergoing significant growth and transformation. The client is investing heavily in the modernisation of its Identity and Access Management function, building scalable and intelligent solutions that sit at the core of the business.
This is a high-impact engineering role working on a platform that integrates directly with finance, HR and payroll systems to ensure secure, automated and accurate access management across the organisation. The environment is complex and fast-moving, driven by continued growth and ongoing acquisitions. As new businesses and systems are integrated, the IAM platform is becoming increasingly critical to operational security and efficiency.
This role requires someone equally strong in software engineering and IAM. You must be capable of building modern applications while also understanding the principles, architecture and operational realities of enterprise Identity and Access Management. The client is also at the forefront of AI-enabled engineering. They are looking for developers who already use AI as part of their day-to-day workflow and understand how to leverage multiple AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality and solve problems more effectively.
Key requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET and React
- Strong IAM experience with a solid understanding of access governance, provisioning, authentication and identity lifecycle management
- Experience building and integrating enterprise platforms and APIs
- Demonstrable experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern code generation workflows
- Comfortable working across architecture, engineering and problem solving in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to move quickly, think commercially and deliver high-quality solutions at pace
