We are recruiting for a Head of Investment Compliance to join a well-known Investment Manager. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in funds compliance, including a strong working knowledge of the COLL Handbook and the regulatory framework governing authorised funds. The successful individual will hold SMF responsibilities for Investment Compliance across the group and will act as a key point of accountability for ensuring robust oversight, controls, and governance within the function.
