Location: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in Surrey Area, with flexibility to travel to London as required.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for delivering actuarial reporting under Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and leading on capital forecasting, dividend planning, and related governance activities. The role requires frequent interaction with senior stakeholders, including presenting to the Board, Audit, and Risk Committees, and close coordination with international finance teams and external auditors.

You will manage 3–4 direct reports and have broader leadership responsibility across a team of ~10, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can connect the dots across multiple workstreams, and takes a strategic, forward-looking approach.
