Eames are partnering with a high-growth, PE-Backed infrastructure business to appoint an FP&A Lead. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead the FP&A function, taking full ownership of building and developing the end-to-end FP&A processes.

Location: London, United Kingdom

Work Pattern: Hybrid, 3 Days Office

Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Leadership: Take the lead on designing, building, and developing the FP&A framework to support rapid business scaling
  • Strategic Reporting: Manage the delivery of high-impact monthly board packs, providing the commentary that drives executive decision-making
  • Planning & Forecasting: Own the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles
  • M&A & Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate new acquisitions, track integration, and optimize capital allocation
  • Commercial Transparency: Develop real-time dashboards and KPIs that provide clarity on margins, project returns, and cost optimization
  • Stakeholder Influence: Partner with senior leadership to elevate commercial thinking and ensure financial discipline across the business

Skills:

  • Qualified: ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
  • Proven track record of building or improving FP&A processes.
  • Experience in an Infrastructure, Energy, or Data business is highly desirable
  • PE-backed experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to translate complex data into a clear strategic narrative.
