The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly proactive and resilient Executive Assistant to support a UK CFO within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This is a pivotal role, operating at the centre of a dynamic Finance function, requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, proactive support to the CFO, acting as a trusted partner
- Manage a complex and evolving calendar, including meetings, travel, and key finance cycles (e.g. Board meetings)
- Act as a key point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and external parties
- Ensure smooth information flow, timely communication, and effective stakeholder management
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to a high standard
- Coordinate and deliver internal events and offsites
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support wider Finance and EA community initiatives and collaboration
