Eames are currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to hire a Delegated Underwriter in War & Terrorism to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a division with ambitious growth plans to move towards being a majority lead market, so a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach are key.
This role involves close collaboration with both the London and international underwriters, as well as key stakeholders across the business. Strengthening and growing new relationships with peers in similar roles at the key brokers is also essential.
Additionally, the role requires leveraging data insights to optimise portfolio performance. Effective risk management and profitable underwriting returns will be achieved through collaboration with various stakeholders across the business.
