A leading specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Senior Risk Officer to join its Enterprise Risk Management function, reporting to the Head of ERM. The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing second-line risk oversight and challenge and supporting the development and implementation of the organisation’s risk framework. Key responsibilities include: Leading the ORSA process and associated reporting. Delivering Special Risk Assessments and presenting findings to relevant committees. Supporting the ERM Framework, Risk Appetite Framework and RCSA processes. Producing and analysing key risk information and management reporting. Providing risk challenge through stakeholder meetings, project boards and risk reviews. Promoting consistent risk management practices across the wider organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong ERM/risk management experience, excellent stakeholder and communication skills, strong analytical and report-writing abilities, and ideally experience within insurance or the London Market
