This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient collection of premiums, supporting healthy cash flow, and minimizing outstanding debt across our binder business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and track premium balances for binder accounts, ensuring payments are received promptly.
  • Work closely with brokers, the DUA team, and underwriting staff to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Follow up on overdue balances through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of all communications and update the insurance accounting system with relevant notes.
  • Escalate complex or high‐risk accounts to Underwriting or Premium Accounting management, recommending suitable next steps.
  • Carry out premium and risk bordereaux reconciliations.
  • Contribute to binder-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Offshore teams when required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards.
  • You may be asked to take on additional responsibilities in line with the needs of the business.

  • Access and IRIS (advantageous but not required)
  • Familiarity with Lloyd's or Company bureau systems
