We are working with a leading global consultancy (FS-focused) that is scaling its Wealth & Asset Management practice and looking for experienced Business Analysts to join high-impact transformation programmes on site with leading Wealth & Asset Managers. This is a client facing delivery role sitting at the centre of business, operations, and technology change, supporting large-scale platform and operating model transformation across wealth and asset management environments. Given the scale of growth, they are hiring Business Analysts/Consultants across a range of seniority levels.

Projects can include:

  • Platform implementations / upgrades
  • TOM design / Operational transformation
  • Data transformation programmes and AI-enabled change
  • Automation initiatives
  • Product and Agile delivery

Example Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering across transformation programmes, translating business needs into clear, structured delivery artefacts
  • Support end-to-end Agile delivery, including user stories, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and ongoing prioritisation
  • Map current and future operating models across key journeys including onboarding, suitability, servicing, and advisory processes
  • Define integration and data requirements across complex platforms and surrounding ecosystem tools
  • Work closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between TOM design and platform delivery

Skills required:

  • Business Analysis / Delivery experience either through a Management Consultancy or directly at Wealth or Asset Manager, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured delivery outputs
  • Project delivery experience across either tech or business transformation
  • Buyside experience - Essential
  • Confident stakeholder manager across both business and technology teams

Bonus experience (nice to have):

  • Exposure to platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin, Charles River or FNZ
  • Experience working on platform integration or large-scale transformation programmes
