We are supporting a global organisation in search of an Analytics & AI Enablement Lead to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics products. This senior role sits at the intersection of AI/ML, data science, product management, and business strategy, translating complex technology into user-focused solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI/analytics products from concept to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and senior stakeholders to prioritise use cases
- Manage agile delivery, backlogs, sprints, MVPs, and beta releases
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimise products using data-driven insights
- Ensure responsible AI practices, addressing bias, fairness, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in Product Management with AI/ML or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (NLP, computer vision, model validation)
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management
