Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst – Underwriting Transformation (Insurance) An exciting opportunity to join a major underwriting transformation programme within a leading UK insurance organisation, supporting the rollout of a new workbench platform and embedding continuous improvement from day one. This role sits at the heart of a strategic change initiative, working closely with underwriting and change teams from early programme inception through to implementation and beyond. Supporting initial platform implementation and process design Support implementation of a new underwriting workbench by analysing, mapping and improving existing processes Identify improvement opportunities and driving ongoing optimisation post-implementation This role offers strong progression into broader change and transformation functions beyond a dedicated workbench team, with exposure across a wider enterprise change portfolio.
