We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major end-to-end transformation programme with a Speciality insurer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in large-scale business and digital transformation environments and can confidently operate across the full change lifecycle. We’re particularly interested in individuals who can bridge the gap between business and technology, challenge existing processes, and help drive meaningful transformation outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives focused on modernising underwriting and operational capabilities, working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners.
Key experience required:
- Proven background working on complex transformation programmes (system, digital or operational) within the London Markets space.
- Strong Business Analysis experience across the full project lifecycle (exposure to all aspects of the change lifecycle).
- Ability to engage directly with senior Underwriters and business leadership and experience working within complex change environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
- London Market insurance experience - Non-negotiable.
