This is a hands-on Digital Workplace Manager role for someone who likes being in the detail, not just talking about it.
You’ll be leading delivery across digital workplace and end user compute, working closely with engineering teams to get things done, remove blockers and drive real outcomes. This is not a passenger role. You’ll be in the weeds with the teams, shaping delivery and making agile actually work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own delivery across digital workplace and end user compute
- Lead squads and drive output, not just process
- Run agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, retros and reviews
- Use Jira daily to manage backlogs, track progress and drive visibility of delivery
- Continuously improve ways of working using metrics like velocity, cycle time and flow
- Embed agile principles across teams, adapting Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models where needed
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise work and align on outcomes
- Remove blockers, manage risk and keep delivery on track
- Create a strong delivery culture focused on value and outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Strong digital workplace experience
- Solid exposure to end user compute is essential
- Deep understanding of agile and how to apply it in practice
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, reporting and delivery tracking
- Proven delivery manager who is hands-on and accountable
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a complex environment
- Strong communicator who can cut through noise and drive decisions
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, leading from the front and delivering meaningful change in a fast-moving environment. If this sounds like you, get in touch.
