Eames Consulting is partnering with a leading syndicate on the appointment of a Lead Reinsurance Analyst. This position will primarily be responsible for ensuring Outwards Reinsurance placement information is delivered, overseeing the placement support team, and providing assistance to the purchasers as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor supporting placement team members
  • Work closely with the syndicate’s key stakeholders to identify data issues and find appropriate resolutions
  • Actively work to optimise presentations of data and RI information for reinsurers
  • Assist with ad hoc business planning, including updating budget files, revising reinsurance summaries, and reviewing estimated income figures

Key Experience:

  • Advanced technical expertise within RI
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI
