A leading MGA is looking to expand its pricing team, bringing on board an ambitious manager, with a clear pathway to the Pricing Manager. You will work with a team of 4, taking on managerial responsibilities within a short space of time. This will involve overseeing the refresh of risk pricing models, taking on an outward‑facing aspect, and working closely with key partners to provide analytics insights.

In addition, the successful candidate will have the drive to move up within the business, with a longer‑term opportunity to develop into a Head of Position over a 2‑3 year period, demonstrating the capability to own the P&L and determine the strategic direction of the team.

The ideal candidate has strong personal/commercial lines pricing experience, with a strong background in risk pricing.
