- Working knowledge of managing Linux based server operating systems
- Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions such as AWS and Azure.
- Previous experience working with a variety of technology stacks for compute, storage, virtualisation and network products ideally consisting of Cisco UCS, HP Nimble, Pure, and others
- Working knowledge of Dev Ops principals and technologies such as Terraform and Ansible, and scripting languages such as Python, YAML and Powershell would be advantageous.
- Desire to achieve a high standard of quality to all aspects of work output.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic logical approach to problem solving with a pragmatic approach when necessary.
- Proven experience of backup/restore packages, advantageous to previously have used Comm Vault.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality, service and problem management.
- Demonstrable and highly developed problem-solving skills across multiple areas of infrastructure.
