Eames Consulting in London is partnering with a leading UK General Insurance business to recruit a Head of Reserving on a 12-month FTC. You will own end-to-end reserving across Motor and Home portfolios, leading the reserving cycle and delivering clear insights into portfolio performance and emerging claims trends.

You will manage a team of actuarial professionals and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Pricing and Finance, while supporting governance.
