The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a graduate with a numerical or analytical background looking to build a long-term career in pensions or financial services. From day one, you’ll learn how pension benefits work in practice - how they’re calculated, checked, and communicated - with structured training and support from experienced colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the calculation of pension benefits and claims for DB schemes
- Assisting with manual calculations and checking against scheme specifications
- Helping prepare quotations and onboarding materials
- Drafting clear, professional communications
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records and audit trails
- Learning how pension payments are authorised and processed
- Working closely with onboarding, administration, and client teams
As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and build strong technical expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate with strong numerical or analytical skills
- Interest in pensions, finance, or long-term savings
- High attention to detail and logical problem-solving
- Clear communication skills and ability to work to deadlines
