Our client, a leading Lloyd's/London Market Insurer, is looking to make a hire in their ERM team. The team is comprised of ex-consultancy individuals and they are keen to bring on board an Analyst with 1-3 years' of consultancy experience to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of risk (except for operational risk).
In this role you will be maintaining and developing the ERM framework, be involved in the ORSA and validation processes, and provide analysis to support decision-making such as reinsurance purchasing. This role will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders in the business, almost acting as an 'internal consultancy'. Hybrid working of 3 days in the London office.
Ideally candidates will come from an actuarial background. Strong communication skills are required, as is report writing skills. Unfortunately they can not provide VISAs.
