We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant with experience in technology recruitment to join our Eames Consulting team in London. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top talent for key positions, and supporting organisations as they undergo major changes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on high-impact projects and shape the future of businesses in transition.
Who you are:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally specialising in Technology recruitment, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of tech, ideally with experience across one of the following verticals: Data, Cyber security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud or Business Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and delivering results, meeting targets, and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
