✨Communicate Clearly

Since great communication skills are a must, practice explaining complex concepts in simple terms. This will show that you can bridge the gap between technical details and business needs.

✨Research the Company

Familiarise yourself with the company's reinsurance strategies and recent developments in the industry. This knowledge will not only help you answer questions but also allow you to ask insightful questions, demonstrating your genuine interest in the role and the company.

✨Prepare for Scenario Questions

Expect scenario-based questions that assess your problem-solving abilities. Think of situations where you've had to analyse data under pressure or present findings to a challenging audience. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses effectively.
