D365 API & AI Integration Developer / Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 developer to lead the technical implementation of an API-driven integration between Dynamics 365, Share Point and Bloomfire, enabling Microsoft Copilot to deliver AI‑powered knowledge and intelligent responses to Call Centre users.

This is a hands‑on technical role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and delivering the integration solution rather than providing high‑level solution architecture alone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement API integrations between Dynamics 365, Share Point and Bloomfire.
  • Build secure and scalable integration services using Microsoft technologies.
  • Develop custom APIs, plugins and integration components where required.
  • Configure and extend Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to support AI‑enabled knowledge retrieval.
  • Develop and optimise data structures for Microsoft Copilot consumption.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
  • Ensure high‑quality, maintainable and well‑documented technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing APIs and integrations for Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API.
  • Experience developing solutions using C#, . NET and Azure integration services.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps or similar integration technologies.
  • Experience integrating Share Point with Dynamics 365.
  • Experience developing AI‑enabled knowledge solutions using Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, knowledge management and content optimisation.
  • Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting and production deployments.
  • Experience integrating Bloomfire.
  • Experience with Power Platform development.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services.
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management solutions.
  • Suitable Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys building technical solutions and is comfortable working directly within the development environment.

This role is best suited to a senior Dynamics 365 developer or technical consultant who combines strong integration development skills with an understanding of AI‑powered knowledge solutions.
