A newly established, well-backed specialty Lloyd’s insurance broker is seeking a hands-on Director / Head of Operations to help build and shape the business from the ground up. With no legacy systems or processes, this is a rare opportunity to design and implement a modern, tech-enabled operating model from day one. The business is focused on innovation, leveraging AI and smart technology to drive efficiency, scalability, and client experience. This is a highly practical role suited to someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning operations end-to-end, building processes, selecting systems, and embedding a lean, high-performing infrastructure without reliance on large teams.
