Backed by a robust balance sheet and a differentiated insurer + asset manager model, they're building serious momentum.
They're now hiring an additional Director into their Origination & Execution team.
This is a high-impact, front-line role
- Originating and executing buy-ins, buyouts & alternative de-risking deals
- Structuring complex transactions and leading trustee/adviser negotiations
- Driving end-to-end deal delivery across pricing, investment, longevity, capital & legal
- Helping shape innovative solutions that stand out in a competitive market
