I'm hiring for a Principal Pricing Analyst in the Commercial Lines Pricing Team that covers a range of products including home, motor and SME. This is a great opportunity for personal lines candidates who want to broaden their horizons in commercial pricing.
The Role:
- Developing pricing models
- Analyse and evaluate new rating factors
- Gain experience with Radar, Emblem, Databricks, SAS, SQL and Python
- Support leaders with wider business decisions
- Take responsibility for managing processes with relevant stakeholders
- Being a role model to analysts whilst promoting company culture and continuous improvements
The Candidate:
- Roughly 4 years' experience in insurance (personal/commercial lines pricing preferable)
- Experience of predictive modelling and machine learning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and develop others in the team
Location: FULLY REMOTE (Offices in Berkshire and Yorkshire if required)
Salary: Up to £62,000
