We’re supporting a leading professional services organisation on a major Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help shape and deliver CyberArk-focused security capabilities across cloud environments.
This role will sit between business, security, cloud and engineering teams, helping define requirements, document processes and support the delivery of secure access solutions across Azure and AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business and technical requirements for PAM solutions
- Work closely with security, cloud, identity and engineering teams to define access models and onboarding journeys
- Support the design of privileged access processes aligned to least privilege and just-in-time access
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and documentation
- Drive stakeholder engagement across security, infrastructure and operational teams
- Produce process maps, user stories, gap analysis, governance documentation and operating procedures
- Support workflow and approval process design, including integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security, IAM or PAM programmes
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles
- Experience working across Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation, requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Experience working in regulated, governance-led or enterprise environments
- Exposure to CyberArk or other PAM technologies
- Experience supporting IAM, Security or Cloud transformation programmes
- ServiceNow workflow exposure
