Eames Consulting are currently supporting a growing Wealth Manager looking to appoint a Compliance Administrator into a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support client best-interest outcomes in all work.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of individual performance and identify personal development needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Firm & Adviser Supervision Team.
  • Assist colleagues and the wider business by sharing knowledge when required.
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with all regulatory responsibilities, keeping positive consumer outcomes at the centre of activities.
  • Undertake continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and relevant OPGL policies.
  • Champion and support the delivery of positive client outcomes aligned with the Client Best Interest policy.
  • Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business administration role (financial services experience preferred).
  • Confident, methodical, and well organised, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across a range of channels.
