We’re looking for a hands‑on Azure Access SME to take an established design and drive it through testing, change control, and full production implementation. This is a delivery‑focused role — someone who can engage stakeholders, roll up their sleeves, and get changes deployed with confidence.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the initial testing phase and progress approved changes into production.
- Own and apply updates through the change-control process.
- Conduct conditional access discovery and refine policies as needed.
- Build, implement, and document access policies across Microsoft Entra ID.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM and access issues with speed and accuracy.
What you bring:
- Strong expertise in IAM, authentication, and authorization concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
- Proven track record managing the conditional access lifecycle end‑to‑end.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and related scripting for automation and analysis.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Current SC Clearance.
