Eames are currently partnered with a start-up Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to hire an Underwriter in Property Binders to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new division with ambitious growth plans to move towards being a lead market.
In this role you will manage the North American property binder portfolio. This is a key role with responsibility for underwriting oversight, strategy, and performance of delegated authority programmes. You will work closely with broker partners, MGAs, and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable growth in line with underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.
This would suit an experienced underwriter who is comfortable delivering an above-market service, has great broker relationships, and is keen to contribute beyond BAU underwriting.
