I am looking for a hands-on Risk & Validation Manager to join a leading global speciality insurer. This is a highly varied role bridging qualitative and quantitative risk, with direct responsibility for 2 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small team, ensuring collaboration.
- Own validation of SOM and risk metrics, capital modeling, and actuarial risk frameworks.
- Deliver on projects and drive initiatives across the organisation.
- Build strong internal relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in validation, quantitative risk, and actuarial frameworks.
- Familiarity with capital modeling.
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
- Team player who goes above and beyond.
