Eames is currently working with a specialty Lloyd’s insurer looking for a Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled claims professional who enjoys managing complex claims, building strong relationships, and providing a high level of service throughout the claims journey. Working closely with senior claims leaders and wider business teams, you will be responsible for handling a varied portfolio of casualty claims (specifically General/Public Liability, Product Liability, Employers’ Liability and Environment Impairment Liability), applying sound judgement, and ensuring claims are managed efficiently, fairly, and in line with best practice standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing casualty claims from first notification through to final resolution Assessing coverage, liability, exposure, and quantum while developing appropriate claims strategies Reviewing and maintaining accurate reserves and ensuring timely claim progression Working collaboratively with clients, brokers, underwriters, legal representatives, adjusters, and other external partners About you: Previous experience handling Casualty claims within the London Market Strong technical knowledge across claims handling, coverage, liability, and negotiation Ability to manage complex claims and make well-informed decisions Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders You will be joining a collaborative team that values technical excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
