This role sits at the heart of a strategic change initiative, working closely with underwriting and change teams from early programme inception through to implementation and beyond.
You will play a dual role:
- Supporting initial platform implementation and process design
- Acting as a continuous improvement voice to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable change
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of a new underwriting workbench by analysing, mapping and improving existing processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and driving ongoing optimisation post-implementation
- Translate insights into actionable, value-driven change
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and change teams
Skills Required:
- Process mapping / Process improvement experience within the insurance industry - Essential
- Good understanding of underwriting processes - Essential
- Ideally can demonstrate a strong ability to spot inefficiencies, challenge the status quo, and deliver practical improvements in complex operational environments.
