We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Eames Consulting team in London, supporting our growing Insurance practice. You will be responsible for driving client engagement, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting organisations as they navigate transformation, regulatory change, and digital evolution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to work on high-impact initiatives, partnering with leading insurance organisations and helping shape the future of the sector.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Engagement, or a commercial role within professional services, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Experience within the Insurance sector is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong interest in the insurance market, with a desire to build expertise across areas such as London Market, General Insurance, Life & Pensions, Specialty Lines, or InsurTech.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business, growing key accounts, and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
