We're recruiting for a Multiclass Underwriter in our Birmingham team, perfect for Trainee, Assistant, or developing Mid-Market Underwriters ready to build technical expertise and grow their commercial underwriting capabilities. You'll support profitable portfolio growth by underwriting new business, renewals, and MTAs while building strong broker relationships both virtually and face-to-face. Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite new business, renewals, and MTAs across commercial lines, making informed, insight-driven decisions while developing your technical risk assessment and pricing capabilities.
  • Build and strengthen broker relationships through virtual and face-to-face engagement, supporting Birmingham's position as a key regional hub for commercial underwriting.
