You will analyse claims trends, assess changes in risk costs and deliver recommendations to senior stakeholders, while also supporting the development of other analysts and helping shape the wider pricing approach. Open to experienced pricing professionals with strong programming skills in Python, R, SAS or SQL, alongside knowledge of modelling techniques such as GLMs, GBMs and GAMs.
Experience with machine learning, model implementation and coaching analysts would be particularly beneficial.
