Key Responsibilities Lead quarterly and annual reserving analyses across multiple lines of business.
Review reserve adequacy and provide clear recommendations to senior management.
Deliver insights into claims trends, portfolio performance and profitability.
Support regulatory reporting and reserve governance processes.
Partner with underwriting, pricing and finance teams to provide actuarial expertise.
Contribute to pricing reviews and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
Support the development and enhancement of reserving methodologies, tools and processes.
Mentor junior actuarial team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements Qualified Actuary (FIA, FCAS, ACAS/CAS, or equivalent).
Significant prior Reserving experience.
Exposure to pricing, portfolio analytics, or underwriting support activities desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with actuarial modelling and data analysis tools.
Commercial mindset and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
