b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the management and development of delegated underwriting and MGA portfolios, shaping governance, onboarding, and performance oversight. You will collaborate with MGAs and internal teams to drive programme performance, compliance, and commercial viability. You’ll oversee audits and ongoing governance to ensure programmes stay aligned with underwriting strategy. This is a senior, commercially-focused role that influences partnerships and portfolio growth. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage relationships with MGAs and act as senior point of contact /li li Support onboarding and approval of new delegated arrangements /li li Monitor portfolio performance, KPIs and contractual obligations /li li Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Finance and Compliance on programme development and performance /li li Support audits, reviews and ongoing oversight of coverholders /li li Identify performance issues, growth opportunities and operational improvements /li li Ensure delegated programmes remain commercially viable, well controlled and aligned with underwriting strategy /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience across Delegated Authority, Program Management or MGA oversight /li li ideally within the Lloyds or London Market /li li Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management /li li Understanding of delegated underwriting controls and governance /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Commercial judgement /li li Communication /li li Delegated Authority and MGA oversight /li li Programme management /li li Governance and controls understanding /li /ul
