Key requirements
- Qualified actuary
- General Insurance reserving experience, preferably personal lines
- Strong reserving knowledge and ability to translate insights for business impact
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in process improvement, coding, and data-driven innovation
- Experience or openness to Python, SQL, R or VBA (advantageous)
