Ealoor Consultancy UK Ltd is an recruitment and consultancy business specialising in the healthcare and education sectors. We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Part-Time Finance Manager / Management Accountant to work directly with the business owners and management team. This is an internal role, we are not sourcing on behalf of a client.
This is more than a traditional finance role. We are seeking a professional who can provide strategic financial advice, identify new revenue opportunities, improve profitability and help our recruitment consultants achieve their business targets.
The position requires approximately 10 hours per week, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s financial performance and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Advice
Work closely with the business owners to review financial performance and recommend strategies for increasing revenue and profitability.
Develop financial forecasts, budgets and cash-flow management plans.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve margins and strengthen financial sustainability.
Provide clear, practical financial advice to support business decisions and expansion.
2. Revenue Generation and Business Growth
Work with management and recruitment consultants to develop actionable revenue-generation plans.
Analyse revenue, profit margins, recruitment performance and consultant productivity.
Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.
Help establish realistic revenue targets, performance indicators and incentive structures for consultants.
3. Consultant and Management Coordination
Arrange and coordinate regular meetings with the business owners, management team and recruitment consultants.
Review consultant performance, revenue targets, conversion rates and progress against agreed business plans.
Prepare financial reports and meeting summaries, with clear actions and deadlines.
Follow up on agreed actions to ensure accountability and measurable improvements.
4. Financial Management and Reporting
Manage and maintain the company’s Xero accounting system.
Oversee budgeting, invoicing, financial reporting and cash-flow monitoring.
Produce monthly management accounts and profitability reports.
Provide timely financial information to support operational and strategic decisions.
