The predicted salary is between 32946 - 32946 £ per year.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Term Time + 20 days to be worked in Nursery Holiday Club (scheduled by Manager)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Hours: 8.45am - 4.45pm (including one-hour unpaid break)

Salary: Grade 5 Scale point 12-15 £31,544 - £32,946 per annum

Required Starting Date: June/July 2026

Are you a flexible, adaptable, and experienced practitioner holding a full and relevant Minimum Level 2 Early Years or equivalent qualification? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive, exceptional, experienced, confident, professional, minimum Level 2 Early Years or equivalent qualified practitioner.

You will be expected to deliver 1:1 and small group interventions as part of the curriculum, with the ability to lead teaching sessions if required.

Essential:
  • Full and relevant minimum Level 2 qualification in early years or equivalent
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fully Flexible, adaptable, and confident in your approach
  • Experience of phonics, preferably NELI
  • Knowledge/experience of intervention programmes
  • Confident to lead dough gym and teaching sessions if required
  • Experience of nursery age children with special educational needs and/or medical needs
  • Good time management is a necessity

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and appointment will be conditional subject to clearance by the Disclosure & Barring Service.
