About The School

Springhallow School is a unique all‑age (4–19) special school for pupils with autism and a centre of expertise in the field of Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Our Post‑16 provision was opened in September 2019 and is based within its own premises in Greenford. The role will be based at our P16 provision but will require time spent working across both school sites.

Responsibilities

  • Support students' welfare and well‑being (including mentoring)
  • Provide practical and emotional support for their parents and/or guardians
  • Provide the necessary liaison with statutory and voluntary services
  • Assist with assessment, meetings and planning for their special and social needs
  • Facilitate the organisation of a parent development focus group
