Just 15 minutes from Central London, it has produced defining works from the iconic Ealing Comedies to cultural milestones like Cathy Come Home and Doctor Who, and modern favourites including Shaun of the Dead and Downton Abbey. Recently redeveloped with carbon net zero facilities, a new 14,000 sq. ft sound stage, and over 34,000 sq. ft of light‑filled production space, Ealing blends historic character with innovation, continuing to shape the future of British and global film and television.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales, Marketing and PR Executive ideally full time on a freelance basis to join our talented team.
Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for studio and office rentals, partnerships, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with production companies, agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Implement CRM software and manage
- Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media presence and content strategy to boost engagement and visibility
- Coordinate promotional materials and studio branding
- Build on photo library, co‑ordinate photoshoots
- Public Relations
- Craft press releases and manage media outreach
- Organise and support PR events, screenings, and studio tours
- Maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry press
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and PR in film/tv/media/events/venues/office leasing
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
