About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Lecturer / Programme Lead (Foundation & Business) to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. Also, to lead and coordinate the delivery team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience.
- Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
- Be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.
- Have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning.
- Possess up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery.
Our Business Curriculum includes the following courses:
- L1 Introductory Diploma in Business
- L2 Extended Certificate in Business
- BTEC L3 Foundation Diploma in Business
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Business
As Programme Lead, you will be required to plan a highly relevant and distinctive curriculum to meet the local skills requirements, and the needs of the learner, in liaison with the Department leadership team to support outstanding progression for learners.
You will also be required to lead and coordinate the delivery team so all learners receive up-to-date course information through pre-course/programme events and the start of course/programme activities to facilitate learners understanding of the objectives of the course/programme, assessment schedules and requirements.
