An exciting opportunity has come up for a Lecturer / Programme Lead (Foundation Learning) to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. You will also lead and coordinate the delivery team.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our learners.
  • Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
  • Be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.
  • Have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning.
  • Possess up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery.
  • Plan a highly relevant and distinctive curriculum to meet local skills requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery team to ensure all learners receive up-to-date course information.
