Teaching Assistant – William Perkin CE High School
33 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm (Roles up to 35 hours per week however part‑time applications can be considered, particularly for three or four days per week. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro‑rate figure according to the hours worked)

We are looking to appoint a committed professional to the role of Teaching Assistant at William Perkin CE High School. William Perkin Church of England High School opened in 2013 and is part of Twyford Church of England Academies Trust. Its GCSE results place it within the top 5% of schools nationally. The school is rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted (June 2015) and SIAMS (October 2016) and is oversubscribed on first‑choice applicants.
Teaching Assistants are required to support students in Years 7 – 11 with statements of Special Education Need, and to take the lead responsibility for students with learning and behavioural difficulties.
